Self-Leveling & Mechanical Subfloor Prep
A finished floor is only as flat and stable as the substrate beneath it. Regardless of the specified finish material, meeting strict architectural tolerances is non-negotiable for long-term performance. Utilizing dustless diamond grinders, shot-blasters, and high-flow self-leveling cementitious compounds, we eliminate slab defects and correct unlevel concrete. We ensure your substrate hits precise FF/FL (Floor Flatness/Floor Levelness) requirements, providing an ultra-flat, flawless foundation for any final floor covering.
Toppings & Underlayments
When structural concrete is out of spec, spalled, or severely damaged, engineered cementitious underlayments and toppings restore structural integrity. We install high-strength, rapid-setting underlayments to deeply remediate trenches, rough patches, and transitions before finished floor installation. For environments requiring an exposed, high-durability surface, we apply heavy-duty cementitious wear-layer toppings.
